Kommersant.ru Ranking 2020

Business portal Kommersant.ru published a new annual rating of the best legal practices and lawyers in Russia with Laseta Partners gaining a worthy place. GDPR conference in Riga

S. Baev, Managing Partner of Laseta Partners has delivered a speech at the international conference on the entry into force of a new EU personal data regulation – GDPR. The conference was held on April 24, 2018 in Riga (Latvia) and was attended by around 500 participants representing public and private companies, governmental bodies, international organizations. It was arranged by a leading international consulting group KPMG. In his speech Mr. Baev focused on the correlation between EU personal data regulation and Russian law and on the potential conflict arising from the trans-border effect of GDPR.
